Curbs. Besides being a good manager, it's hard to imagine a more English sounding name than Alan Curbishley (Allardyce is close).

If US makes it to the quarters, again.. dont be surprised! Long shot, for sure... but it's made to order for him.
Hint: note that, of late, Arena has gone out of his way to avoid pi$$ing off club managers.;)
