Even with Mido unavailable, should Rasiak start ahead of either Keane or Defoe?

Where is the "Hell No-he should change his name to Rat-Shiat" option?

He shouldn't be ahead of Barnard or El Hamdaoui.

Skysports summed it up best last night in their player ratings:

Grzegorz Rasiak
Marginally better than playing with ten men

And that's a real, real stretch

Ummm NO. After the Fulham game the verdict is clearly in.

Some posters on the Spurs BBC board have made a good point about Rasiak starting in front of Defoe impacting Defoe's attitude. This is dangerous... the last thing we want is Defoe to leave because of rubbish Rasiak. The more Defoe is on the field the more impact he will make... MJ is making a grave mistake keeping him on the bench.

He makes me pine for Andy Booth.

To say Rasiak is useless is giving him too much credit he does not deserve.

I don't understand why, if Martin is so intent on not playing Keane and Defoe together, he keeps using a 4-4-2 when Rasiak clearly should not even be an option for the reserves. Surely Robbie in the middle of a 4-3-3 or as the lone striker in a 4-5-1 would not be much worse. Especially with the additions of Ghaly and Murphy in regards to the 4-5-1.

well the vision is clear.. for the time being... barnard should be backup striker since rasiak sucks... and barnard gets it by default since el hammadoui is on loan now...

lastly.. what is rasiak's salary??

oh also.. is jol strict on the 4-4-2 formation?? cause i think a 4-3-1-2 would suit us well... even if we have to play rasiak....
