I don't know if they sell them anymore, but they used to have these straightjacket-looking things that tied the child down to the bed to keep them from masturbating in their sleep. I remember seeing one in Mommie Dearest and asked my mom what it was for and she explained it to me. I'd like to think they aren't sold anymore, but I'm not sure.
There was a magazine called Mommie Dearest....sorry I've just thrown up in my mouth.
If they do it in their sleep it's going to be involentary...like breathing.
