Send me the money and I will.

I've been wanting to get an avatar anyway.

What is it, fifteen bucks? You can find that in your piggy bank and couch cushions!

I'm not sure why they switched to the Italian name. Torino does sound better than Turin, IMO.

Is there a soccer club named after Torino?

Yes, it's called Torino. Milan isn't called Milano. Roma isn't called Rome. And Fiorentina isn't Florence or Firenze. I think it's split in Italy to give some teams "traditional" Angelicanized names, others Italian. NBC only did it because the name sounds cool in Italian. Personally, I think we should drop the Angelic name for all cities. Munich is now Munchen, Cologne now Koln, etc. As long as people stop calling us the Estadios Unidos or whatever. We're the friggin' US of A, not the EE of UU!

Thx,

Jay!

Yep, Torino. Torino has two clubs, Torino and Juventus.

I agree with you...except I don't want to hear people butcher the pronunciation of Köln, München, Nürnberg, etc.

OK, that was uncalled for.

I'm actually thinking about trading in Russian for Japanese, but I don't know if I want to.
