View Full Version : Bolton Season Finish Prediction

I was just wondering what all of you thought about where you think Bolton would end up in the tables when the season's finished.
I remember in some thread that people we're debating whether or not we have another top 10 finish. I might be the most optimistic fan around, but I think we have a shot for the final Champion's league spot.
Right now we're sitting in 7th place, 5 points behind Tottenham with 2 games in hand. Our next two games are against Pompey and Wigan which can quite possibly be 6 points.
Given the inconsestincies of the other Premiership clubs not named Chelsea and maybe Liverpool, I predict a top 6 finish, and hope for 4th.
How about the rest of you guys?

heh heh i think ill join you on that one (though i think 5th or 6th i just dont want to jinx it, however next season were screwed)

We only got 2 points from the last two games.Should have been 6 considering we have several teams breathing down our necks.7th or 8th is more likely.

I think Bolton will most likely finish 6th or 7th... if bolton would have won thier last two game then it would be a Whole diffirent story.

I honestly thinka nd this is not biased. Bolton will scrape into 4th place with a last day decision. or be screwed into 5th AGAIN!!

From an outsiders point of view i'd say 4th-6th

Im shocked, thats coming from a tottenham supporter who should be hopeing for nothing less than 4th, you have a great team just still hasnt clicked for some reason, looked like Davids had filled the commanding role but maby you need another.

Just realised, we win our 2 games in hand (3 for Spurs and Wigan) we go 4th, and there's nothing anyone can do about it :D

So just think how we'd be doin if we didnt keep conceeding late goals in games we deserved to win.
I dont like the sound of the fact that if we beat the frogs this week we will have 4 games in 7 days, could be seeing Big Sam and Jimmy Phillips making a return to the defence.
