I keep one in the back of my car, one in my room, and one in the garage. I know that I will keep one in my office once a post-graduate job is found.

I have one right next to the side of my PC consule ready for any boring moments at Big Soccer so I can take it out back and perfect my almost perfect dribbling..
I have two in a ball bag at all times here in my chair.

I got about 10 scaterred around my house, i keep a few on the floor in my basement so i can hack when the urge becomes too strong. Got about 5-7 in my garage, 1 in my trunk and another one on display, the WC98 official ball.

One at my feet now, one in my living room, one in my car, one on top of the dorm rooms (long story, wasnt me that got it up there at least), about 4 in the trash can. Crappy fields with stickers make your balls go flat fast. I just use the $5 dollar Wal-Mart ones.

I've got one of those rubbish plastic ones that swerve all over the place under my desk at the moment - perfect for the odd impromptu kickabout when things are a bit slow.

i have a collection of odd-looking soccer balls, for display, not play. the replica of the 62 WC ball, the 6 panel umbro ball, an MISL ball, the original MLS ball, and the new one, a '90 WC ball, etc., etc. i keep them all in the china hutch in my house....hey, it beats the heck out of blowing all my dough on plates!!!! :-)

I have two Size 5 in my home office, and my futsal ball just happens to be in my bedroom. When I get off work, it will join me in the basement for a 45 minute light workout (wherein I mostly tap it off the wall on one bounce while listening to the news)

I have two balls, wrapped and nestled inside my scrotum and between my legs.

I keep 2 soccer balls in the trunk of my car and one soccer ball in my apartment so I can annoy my girlfriend by dribbling it around the bedroom and living room.

More and more I keep finding myself walking around my apt with a ball at my feet. On long phone calls, even some business calls I will walk around my room and do little moves, kick the ball off my dresser, even juggle. It is something like a security blanket to have a ball at one's feet.

if i get bored in my room its quite comforting to be able to take a break from uni work by booting my footie off the wall and stuff. Until the guy next door gets pissed off.

I've got an original 1978 Adidas Tango on the desk beside me as I type. And another one in the garden, but that got ********ed up by local cats, believe it or not. It smells of wee.
And I have a ball at my mate's house. Must pick that up one day.

I believe I have footballs numbering at least a a 3-figure total, but most of them are scattered around the garden in various states of deflation. Mostly due to me kicking them into the rose bush one time too many.
Oh, and this thread has had the distinction of hosting my 100th post.
Well, it would be my 1000th (or something) if posts in Off Topic counted.

Basement: 4 size 3 balls, 2 size 4 balls, and 5 size five balls, none of which is on the wall rack bought specifically to gain control of all the balls in the basement.
living room: there's a small 18 panel ball wedged between the couch and the end table, lodged there during a 1 v 1 game with my son (his goal the piano bench, mine the fireplace) and abandoned when I stubbed my toe.
Car: One in the trunk
Neighbor's yard: one under the snow

I don't have any anymore... Hardly ever play anymore.
There were times when I played everyday. Those were the days :D

If there is one thing you should take from this thread it is the fact that you don't need to play to keep a ball around. Several of us have mentioned our penchant for just walking around a room with the ball at our feet, or juggling it during a phone call. Don’t lose your touch just because you don’t actually play anymore.

I've lost that touch quite some years ago. But there were times when all I did was play football on the street. All alone if necessary. I loved the game more than anything in the world. I didn't actually play in a team though... Hamstrings too short, knee ligiaments too long... so the sportsdoctor told me that the risk of severe injury was too big. But I played waterpolo for 13 years and had lots of fun with that too... so it's okay :D
In Holland we have this show on sunday morning... 'masters of the game'. It's a 2v2 tournament... man... you can't imagine the ballfeel of some of the boys playing there have.
Brazilllian style is nothing compared to Dutch street style. Truly amazing technique that will leave you breathless. Like a rollercoaster twisting and turning with a ball at it's feet.... incredible s.h.i.t.
Funny though, that the teams that focus on this breathtaking play usually loose.

I know what you're talking about.
There's also this guy who performs on Leidseplein at nights - incredible ball control. He would climb to near the top of a street light, hands clenching on the pillar, legs juggling the ball with complete control. Flicks the ball to his head, balances it there for as long as he wishes, and flicks it back to his thighs and feet.
Truly amazing.
Amsterdam street football is amazing.http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
