There ya go.
Also, not on topic for this thread, but my school library has the V for Vendetta graphic novel on order. Since you were so enthused about it, i'll be giving it a read when it arrives. I'm looking forward to it.
Please do. And if you like that, read Alan Moore's Watchmen. The best graphic novel ever written.

Roger sir, I've got a bit left in 1984 right now. I've been in a dystopian mood lately. Brave New World is on my list as well.

I understand your dystopian mood, it perfectly reflects our living conditions under this government.
Remember remember the fifth of November
Gunpowder, treason and plot.
I see no reason why gunpowder, treason
Should ever be forgot...

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to SirManchester again.
Funny you should say that, I was about to add in my post something along the lines of "since it seems to be so similar to whats going on here now." or something, but I left it out. I shouldn't have, since who knows how long it will be before you can't say stuff like that.
reminds me of david cross' stand up where he talks about bush saying that terrorists dislike america because, "they hate our freedom", to which cross responds with why aren't they attacking holland, or sweden, or new zealand and the other countries who are actually more free than us.

Well, we all know the answer to that, don't we? But let's not get into that now, the Achtung gestapo might be around to clean up.

Kasabian are actually politically themed. I wasn't aware of it until listening to their lyrics profusely and seeing some of the band's live acts. Also their new album should be even more politically themed.

Good! Good! Good!
Their name comes from the driver for the Manson gang iirc.
The name of their new album is Empire, so that is a nice little hint.

Careful, some mods might take offense to that sort of thing.
Not me though... I appreciate those who cower in fear.

Definitely a very solid album start to finish. Hard to believe its been almost 11 years since it came out.
Not a bad single there from Kasabian. I can't find a US release date for that album anywhere though...

We can assume it'll also come out here on the 25th.
