Radiohead. Tour. USA. Skeet.

Chicago is the closest to me so it looks like I will be there on one of the two dates. anyone from around there know anything about the auditorium theatre?
anyone planning on going to any of the shows?

Got the new Tool album, gotta say I'm impressed. They have always metamorphosed between their albums but are still able to keep their core sound intact. Perfect music to turn down the lights, put it on surround, and let the sound engulf you.

It's not out here until 2nd May ;) ;)

Hehe, yeah I "got" it a few days ago. Quality stuff, a bit different from the previous album.

Colossal, Woman, White Unicorn are a few very good songs. They sound like a mid 70's rock band, but have their own sound as well.A little TOO reminiscent of a 70s rock band; I'd rather just listen to the 70s rock band. :) I really liked White Unicorn, though.

My friend owns that album and said it was good for a while but you can't understand what the ******** the guy is talking about and wonders how one can consider it a concept album.

Have you heard of At the Drive-in? It's pretty much the band that spawned Mars Volta? Very good punk rock if you like that sort of music.

Yes, definitely. Add to that Led Zeppelin and you've got yourself a little bit of Wolfmother.

It's just a good album.

British music is built on good music. The term 'concept album' is a phrase made up by the american music media for an album they don't understand

I bought that Mars Volta album and the Team Sleep album together last summer, and they sort of run together on me. Because I prefer Team Sleep, I hardly listen to MV.

This is true. Never has such consistently good music flown out of one country.
