Carlos Llamosa (fit as he's gonna' be) and "Dangerous" Danny Hernandez are back. Joey Franchino will play - he's now sitting with 20 caution points (one more and he's a spectator).

Kanté might make his debut against Ray "Arthur" Hudson's gang tomorrow.

For the eternal optimists out there, DC Untied hasn't scored in 241 minutes, and, reportedly, Eddie Pope's knee is still giving him problems.

P.S. You are all FLAMING idiots - all of you! ;) (I love that line).

Take it away...

Has he got his visa, yet?

Tommorrows game is kind of like "unstoppable force" vs. "immovable object", except in reverse. Will United somehow manage to score a goal, or will the Revolution keep them scoreless?

Oh that is a hoot! I can see it now...

Revs: C'mon, you know you can score. Look here, the left wing is wide open!

DC: Um, I don't know, scoring is pretty scary stuff.

Revs: Heck no, we do it ALL the time, it's not so scary. And hey, it doesn't even mean you have to win.

DC: You mean we can score and still lose?

Revs: Sure, it's not even hard. Something as simple as having your keeper run into a defender can open the door.

DC: Wow, maybe we could even score on the road too. We'd hate to win on the road and tarnish that record.

Revs: Absolutely! And we envy you. Our scorers are an All-American boy and a guy more serious than a mortician. You can actually be a team that sucks with goals from the world's most notorious bad boy assisted by a guy who's nickname is "the devil"!!!!

I can guarantee that DC United's scoring drought will be less than 331 minutes. I'd even wager it will be less than 271 minutes.

Ray Hudson: "Thank God the Revolution are coming to town!"

Are you still here? Do you know what today is? Shouldn't you be out asking Damian Woody how much more it'll cost Bob Kraft for him to learn how to snap the ball in the shotgun formation? :)

You made me laugh...honestly!

I was there all day today and will be there all day tomorrow. I'll be going in for a scan of my rectum tomorrow after lunch for the hell out it, too - just wanted to make the day complete :). You want one, too?

Your boy, (Maca)Damien Woody, lost 20 pounds in the past month. Apparently he doesn't know that Ephedra (or whatever the hell it is) is a banned substance in the NFL. Of course he weighs more than a Mini - losing 20 pounds is like losing a rearview mirror.

On a serious note, there were more than 5,000 people there today at Smithfield. They maxed out the parking lots just before 3:30 when the first open training session of 2002 was about to start. Tomorrow, Saturday, is gonna' be ugly...

Oh yeah, Go Revs!

5,000 people to watch a bunch of guys so full of steroids that if they sweat too much it kills all the grass. Well, if that is fun for them, great. And this from someone who was a Patties season ticket holder BEFORE the Krafts ever sat their butts at a football game (1961-66).

Three hours to game time.
Kamler and Rusty out
We have Llamosa and Hernandez back.
Wonder if we have Wilson again for this match?
I suspect not: our roster size is again above the poverty line.

Brown
Heaps, Llamosa, Hernandez, Franchino
Ralston, Cullen, Rooney, Woldi
TnT, Fuller

Eddy Pope is out.
DCU's newest "wunderkind" is in at forward.

I will go out on a limb, against all my better judgement:
REVS 2---DCU 1.

might see chacon in there instead of rooney, since we do have cullen at D-mid, and we all know who is a better D-mid.
