We're playing the next round at Anfield.

:D

I'm so glad these things are completely random and not fixed at all.

There's a chance I could be away that weekend, but if I'm in town I will most definitely be there...

And I believe Fat Fowler is already cup-tied.

Does Fowler being cup-tied really make a difference? I think at this stage in his career, and this point in our season, he is quite insignificant in the grand scheme of things. If he can get back to a high level of fitness due to his apparent immense commitment to the club, we'll consider preparing for him, but until then, I think not! :D

...and Chelsea playing Colchester? Surely, the randomness doesn't get any more randomner than this.

Way too early in the FA Cup for this match. I would have preferred to knock them off in the final. :D

I think this is a good draw for us. Don't get me wrong, they aren't weak by any stretch of imagination, but its better to face them while they can still remember the loss. I don't think I would have liked to have faced them in the final or semi-final.

At some point, to win the cup you need to beat the good teams. Chelsea and Liverpool are still in it, so it was bound to happen. I'm still not worried about facing Liverpool simply because I don't think that they can score enough against us to put a game out of reach. I don't see any reason why we won't beat them.

With Fowler unavailable, there's no chance of:

not that this match needed any more intensity...:)

We should make a request that Fowler be allowed to play. Just for our own amusement. :D

They look remarkably similiar.

Gary for El Capitan?
I vote "yes" just to see him give the biz to the Kop end after every goal.

Assuming we win this one, Gary should bring a huge United flag on a pole, and run around waving it in front of each stand at Anfield. That would be the coolest moment of the year.

It's tempting to put 50 bucks on Liverpool to win.

That way, I won't mind losing the 50 bucks, and if I win, I can drink away the misery with the winnings. :p
