I'm just starting to realize how useless facebook is actually going to be after I get done manipulating my quotes exactly the way I want them.
How come you didn't put a picture up? :p :D

Registered to vote today, went Republican!
The odd thing in America is that Muslims tend to vote Republican, whereas Hindus vote Democrat (maybe this belong in the Politics thread instead). Dunno, just found that interesting, and couldn't really figure out why.

I'm still working on this, and as soon as I get access to a camera I'll put a few pictures of myself up. Until then, Mr. Dylan is just fine. I actually think I look a bit like him.

I just started sending out friend request a couple of hours ago. This sort of thing takes time...
...well, that and the fact that I'm anti-social. ;)
Edit: And I now have one new friend. Yayyyyy.

Well, I'm trying to keep my name on facebook untarnished, unlike on BigSoccer. I originally was thinking about doing the banana picture, but well... :p

Actually, it's probably a 49 year old man named Ted pretending to be a 20 year old girl.

I'm not Muslim, I'm the rarest of the rare, an Arab Christian. Well actually I take that back, an Arab Jew would be the rarest thing ever. But you know what I mean.

But you know what I mean.Speaking of these kind of things you might not expect (from those wacky arabs! ;) ), I have an Algerian friend in Belgium who has never been to the US, but who is completely obsessed with US cowboy culture. He wants to move to Nebraska, where there are mountains (I tried to tell him, but he wouldn't listen) and people ride around on their horses; where everyone is friendly and the ideology of Bob Dylan prevails (again, his thinking). He loves American country and folk music. He was SO excited to learn I was from Texas when we first met. He took me to a Texas-themed clothing store in Brussels (which was totally bizarre) and showed me the huge belt buckles and garish boots he wanted. :p It's not what I expected from a 30-something french-arab Algerian emigrant in Belgium, but it's what I got. People can really be funny sometimes when cultures collide. It makes me wonder what stupid assumptions I was making about his culture. Helluva nice guy, too.

Ah, gotcha. There I go making assumptions about religion and politics and beliefs and condoms for sexual relations with my classmates.

Which of the above doesn't fit with the rest?
