It seems that the bastards in Washington are going to make it legal to have movie and music companies hack into P2P services to stop the flow of transfers.

Nothing like legalizing something for a few people that is illegal for everyone else. Break the law to keep these people from breaking the law. Apparently two wrongs make a right with copyright issues.

I agree that Congress is full of bastards. Anybody else cry when AudioGalaxy died? Even so, I can't imagine that Congress would pass a law like this. Not knowing any more than the interpretation that the author has, it still seems pretty broad-reaching. Who knows. They do still have to vote on it, though.
