Uh, sorry mod(s) :p

It was just the shock of the last 5minutes that caused me to forget the [R] apologies. >_<

oh, perhaps we should have an 'Obi watch' thread ?

It's OK, I could care less, but they editted a similar thread title in the US Men's Forum regarding the Ghana result (since they're in our group, etc.)

Yiu probably saved a few people from screaming at me for ruining the result of the game for them before watching their recording or something :)

Have to say, he is a large, powerful player. He would handle EPL with no probs on that score.

I watched him play in the U20 World Cup, and I'm hoping to catch an ACN game sometime soon. He has remarkable ball control and excellent composure on the ball. His passing is also quite good, and by watching him you can understand why Mourinho said he had found gold when he had him on trial at Stamford Bridge.

Too bad about the whole contract saga though....would have been nice to have had him at Old Trafford. :(

If anyone wants to check him out and see what all the fuss is supposed to be about I should think if you check out any Nigeria game from here-on-in he should be playing. This was his first game pcoming on as a sub.

He certainly looks the part.

I'd love to say that she is too old, but considering my list in that thread then it would clearly be a lie. Tempted to watch either the Daily Show or 50 Greatest Rock Gods to be honest. Providing I don't somehow end up on C4 tonight then I will be fine. Traitor, ass, humour or depravity... I'll stop hijacking your thread now. :(

I posted pretty much the same thing after the U-20 World Cup. The ironic and sad thing about him is that he almost never makes the wrong decision with or without the ball on the pitch. Now if only he could do that off the pitch we'd be fine.

I was just speaking to 2 Nigerians in this Net Cafe and they were livid with him. They said he's almost got no chance of becoming something now and that he was a disgrace to the country... I'm glad some people feel the same way we do :D
