I don't think Kosovo has a league anymore. If they had one, their teams would play in European competitions.
And what about the Australia league? I don't know but I'm almost sure it is professional. Is it?

India's first division is professional (since 1995). Jamaica's first division is professional. I think Thailand's is also professional - Steve Trittschuh played there for a while.
Qatar and the UAE have professional leagues; Kuwait's first division is mostly professional (a few clubs are semipro but most are fully professional).
The Angolan league is mostly professional.
I believe the Namibian first division is professional, but I'm not absolutely sure on that.

there exists a Kosovo League.

Kosovo League is held by Albanians in Yugo.
In the past,I asked the webmaster of Albania football,he
replied that the top league of Kosovo is a full-time professional league.and the second league of Kosovo is a semi-professional.
I guess the Australian league(NSL) is still semi-professional.off course foreign footballers are full-time professionals but most of Aussie players are still-semi-professional.

They don't have teams in European competition for the same reason that the leagues of Northern Cyprus, Republika Srpska (in Bosnia-Herzegovina), and Gibraltar don't have teams in Europe. They're not part of UEFA.

I asked this question to RSSSF staff.
He replied below.
> Is Ireland League a full-time professional league or
> semi-professional league or amateur league?
A majority of clubs are semi-professional, though more recently clubs
have started paying some of their players on a full-time basis while
both Bohemians and Shelbourne (both from Dublin) have gone completely
full-time. There isn't that much money in the league but within 10
years I'd expect there to be at least 10 full-time teams.

Malta league is not a professional league.
Most of Players are amateur.
Only foreign footballers and national team members play as professionals.

Signore.Garcia says there is a full-time professional league also in Nicaragua.
He says Division 1 to Division 3 are full-time professional.
and Female league is also professional.
It is very surprising.
I believed that only USA has female professional league.
