Haven't seen it posted either.

Not too sure what to think to be honest - he'll be annoyed that it makes him guilty and he gets a fine. But also it might make other players think in future. Not the fine, but the label. The rules are there and he broke them. He was punished and this is the result.

Arseblogger says this morning that he's looking to take the case to the High Court. I wish he'd just leave it now, doesn't he realise what an idiot he's making of himself? Or more accurately what an idiot his advisers are making of him, I very much doubt he'd have heard of the Court of Arbitration for Sport much less have thought of taking this all the way to the High Court.

The archbishop of canterbury was on the radio this morning.

Apparently Cole's agent had been in contact with him, saying that if their latest appeal fails, Cole wants to take it to the highest level. The only stumbling block is that the appeal would have to take place outside a place of worship. Something to do with the agents body burning up and exploding if he ever steps inside a church....:p

I am likely in the minority, but I think Cole has a point. I don't agree with what he did because I believe there are better ways to be heard. He has a point nonetheless, and I will be interested if any court hears his case. The CAS basically dodged, saying they didn't have jurisdiction.
