There is reasons why we dont need spending limit in the EPl like they have in the NFL

First: People say every NFL teams has chance to make it to the super bowl, but if you look at the statistics usually 7 out of 10 teams are the same who made it to the play offs

Secound : if there would be spending limit , most world class players who comes to the EPL would go to some other league ,xample: Liverpool try to bring a player to their squad and Inter Milan try to buy the same player but becouse of the spending limit Liverpool can only pay 25 million euros but Inter can pay 30 million Euros so Inter would win the bid war. So i think having a spending limit idea for English football is rubbish

What is your opinions?

This topic has been worn threadbare on this forum. Short version, the majority agree that a wage cap won't work.

I reckon it would. We might not be able to bring in top foreign players but then teams would be forced to develop their own players.

It's a bit of a joke when from the start of the season you already know which teams will occupy the top four places. Why even bother playing the season?
