Antifan is. Not sure what he doing specifically but I have a ticket for him, oh and Sean is (splara) as well. So there will be a few Americans at Anfield. I believe there is a guy called Tim Shannon as well going to the game.
Obviously Judy and Alison will be there as well who you met last night.

I'm going but have to head back straight after game. Have to catch early train to London next morning.
Sean and his friend may be coming back to stay with me in Manchester after the game.
Hope to see you there.

Yup, me and a friend will be there. Looks likely that we'll head back with Judy since we fly out of Manchester the next morning.
Anti - when are you coming out? We arrive Sun Feb 12 in the morning. Lemme know.

Go for the Marriott. It's probably one of the only decent ones in Liverpool. Trust me when I say it's not filled with good hotels........ But there are some great bars!!

Rick,
As you know Anfield midweek is a nightmare for travel.
However I was hoping you could have a word with you mate Wenger (or even talk to Dein directly if this is a possibility) and see to it that the FA draw us against 'Pool in the next round of the FA Cup.
All the best

Damn, thought about booking there, but went with the Holiday Inn on Lime Street instead - ppl said it was nice (not like Holiday Inns here in the States).
Not true?

We had a very pleasant experience at the Holiday Inn Goucester Road in London. Certainly well above the quality of Holiday Inn in the USA.

i know that afterward there is an irish place called Finnegan's Apple on Mathews Street right down from the Cavern Club. They had a band in the basement when I was there playing anything you wanted and were open late, like 2 AM.
