Wigan wanted it more. Never gave up till the end. Although the defence was ********ing shite. Long ball in and they couldn't clear under the nose of Roberts.

Wigan deserved to win. We didn't. I'm starting to wonder if winning 49 straight wasn't a curse in disguise. You get the feeling that nearly a year and a half later they all think they just need to step out on the pitch and things will magically go our way again.

I hope it's Blackburn that they face in the final. Had we put out our first team in the away leg this would be a different story. Look at Manure, they put out their first team and only came away with a draw. We only beat them 3-2 with our starting 11 in the Prem. What did Wenger expect? The Arsenal aren't playing as a team right now. There are individual stars and individual horrors in the side. I just hope we find some cohesion so we don't get embarrassed by Real Madrid, or slip any further down the table.
