Luis scolari,The portuguese coach>Tha would be funny.
I think mourinho should be your coach he brings discipline and knowledge.
Plus he is more of an offensive minded coach.

Would be interesting if the Martin O'Niel case came along.

Well hopefully he will now have the balls to play the best team and not just the same players regardless of form

He's not going to grow a set overnight like a Chia pet. ;)
It'll be the same old sh!t, different day until he leaves.

This is for the best, he was not going to be around for the next world cup and all these dodgy meetings are too much for a national boss to be involved in. Also at least now there is time to think of the next person to take charge, rather than a sudden departure.
Hopefully it will be like Bobby Robson in 1990 and we'll have a strong world cup showing.

I feel bad for anyone that becomes Englands coach. Not all the money in the world would make me take it.

I will get straight on the phone to the FA and tell them not to waste their time with you.

I can't say I will be sorry to see him go but I do wonder who will replace him. Scholari has been mentioned recently but ideally we would like an English manager and there are not too many candidates out there. Big Sam will be mentioned but I can't see him getting the nod.

I think Allardyce will be the favourite but i would go for Guus Hiddink, he has a great record in World Cups.

i wouldn't be surprised if the press now lambasts eriksson for deserting england.

I think O'neil will take it... why else has he been out of the game for a year at the time it comes up?
