Woo hoo! Seahawks ahead in the poll 100% to 0%!:DSorry, GoSounders, but I'm going to have to even things out. The Steelers have been dominating teams, excellent teams on the road. They're on an incredible run. The Denver game was over after about 20 minutes. Seattle has been strong too, and their QB has been particularly impressive. But they've been playing in front of their incredibly supportive fans at home. I think they may lose their mojo a little when they get onto a neutral field. Also I haven't been all that impressed with Shaun Alexander the little bit that I've seen him. But to be fair I haven't watched him much. JazzyJ's pick: Steelers!

The Steelers will win because they're peaking at the right time, Cowher is letting his coodinators call plays, because it's how Jerome should end his playing career (although I hope not his football career because he should be a coach), because the secondary has figured it out, and because it's time again.

I'm glad the Seahawks made it this far. But they're just going to have to settle for that.

All Aboard....the BUS is on it's way to Detroit to catch a flight on Air Rothlithsberger!

That chick can really hit.

(Go Steelers. I want Billy the Chin Cowher to finally get one, and it would be cool to see Bettis go out a winner. I think Pittsburgh's D is the difference.)

Which team should I root for in this game?

Reason for me to root for the Seattle Seahawks:
Some family friends of mine live in Seattle, while no one I know lives in (or is from) Pittsburgh.

Reason for me to root for the Pittsburgh Steelers:
Seattle is a divisional rival of my San Francisco 49ers.

Seattle also has a lot of SF expats. ;)

As much as I can give the Steelers a nod, well, it's personal why I won't root for them.

Hence, the Seahawks.

Ally, as a native Pennsylvanian, you must be in NFL Heaven for the second year in a row: the Philadelphia Eagles made it to Super Bowl XXXIX and the Pittsburgh Steelers made it (and could possibly win) Super Bowl XL. :D

I suppose that's similar to how Bay Area football fans felt when the Oakland Raiders won Super Bowl XV and the San Francisco 49ers won Super Bowl XVI, as well as when the Raiders (though they were in LA at the time) won Super Bowl XVIII and the 49ers won Super Bowl XIX.

GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!!

Because of Ally?

Not because of her. She's cool company.
