I have a question that perhaps should be posted in the "Player: equipment" forum.....but I don't have the patience to wade through all the responses from pre-teens enamored with their newest Predator purchases.

Does anyone know a good website where I can buy old school Adidas gazelles? For whatever reason, they're really hard to find in any stores around here anymore.

working hard, hardly working......meetings, meetings, meetings.......and could the football games been LESS exciting this weekend? Hopefully 2 crap playoff games do not make for a crappy Super Bowl......

Thanks for underscoring my point Steph! Oh, and we didn't stop at Jim's for steaks on Saturday. We ended up having full English breakfasts at the pub, and were still full when the meeting ended. Cannon - We'll definitely have to stop there if this Carling Cup Final meet up pans out.

I was so underwhelmed on Saturday morning after the match that I was totally bitchy for the rest of the day.........could not even enjoy dinner and bellinis saturday nite...... :(

Yesterday was better but still a painful weekend of sport........

I was so exhausted on Saturday afternoon/night. After recording an ArseAm podcast with my buddy Joel, I ordered some dinner, only to fall asleep on the couch. The delivery guy said he had rung the bell 4 times before looking in the window, and upon seeing me asleep, started banging on it to wake me up.

Agreed on Bryant, I wonder why they call him greedy. :rolleyes: The suprising thing is they actually won the game. I wonder how many teammates congratulated him after the game, i'd say the over under is 3.
Agreed on the Steelers too, i'll be rooting for them, but its just sad seeing two AFC teams in the Super Bowl.

i gotta say though that that was probably the most amazing performance i've ever watched in person. down by 16 and he just blew up. everything was going in. hard to wrap my mind around it, and i saw it!

i gotta say though that that was probably the most amazing performance i've ever watched in person. down by 16 and he just blew up. everything was going in. hard to wrap my mind around it, and i saw it!

Were Vince, Turtle, Ari, Drama and E there too?

Times I've wanted something that is hard to find, they've been a good retailer.

Yeah, unfortunately, I've tried them already as well...with no luck. It baffles me that Adidas seemingly has stopped production on a really popular brand. I know Nike pulls that crap all the time but I didn't think Adidas did.

hahaha, we all rolled in together in my bentley. Vince fired Ari at halftime so i'm handling the bookings now :p

reality: had typical staples ctr nosebleed seats. no access whatsoever to the beautiful people unless you count fleeting views of the fancy bar via the escalator.

I find it really difficult to find trainers that I like. Nike ones always seem to gaudy. I usually end up going for Reebok Classics over and over and over again. Simple - white - job done.
