If you could post your team name, division and country that helps me bookmark the teams in Battrick.
I plan to post this in KC Metro Fed in Hattrick as that produced a number of teams last time.
This worked out really well last season with groups w/4 teams per group. Winners adavancing to the next stage.
I anticipate this starting battrick week 8, but that may change depending on how many sign up and who is still left in their domestic cup.
So for now, keep signing up and I'll keep you posted as regards a website and cup format.
All suggestions are welcome also.

We will probably not have much success defending our title, as fitness concerns will necessitate using a "B" squad.

I'll need some basic rules here...I'm assuming this is like the Hattrick cup where we're only allowed X starters. What's X?

Actually there are NO restrictions on starters. You can play whatever line up you like in this friendly cup.

Rock on, cos the only players I have other than my basic lineup suck horribly and they're only there because the game won't let me fire them.

However, with personal fitness being what it is, it will probably turn out that you will want to use subs for some of your players.

Absolutely. But as far as our cup rules go, there are no restrictions on starting XI.
Woo-hoo, my yellow card has gone away :)

Wait, what week is it now? Six?
Today was the end of week 4. After everyone has played 7 league matches, I will remind everyone that the Sunday after the week 8 league matches our cup will start.
We have to cater for the large number of teams still in their domestic cups, by week 8 most should be out.
