186 Shirt

i signed up for the Henry186.com thing and they sent me an email saying i can pick up my free shirt at niketown. im pretty sure its only in the UK. but you never know. does anyone have any info

Yes, you do have to do it by tonight. Though I'm in the US, I forwarded the email to a friend of mine in London and she picked it up for me and descirbed the shirt as follows: "It’s a white t-shirt with a little gold Henry on the front and a load of dates listed on the back (it reminded me of a tour t-shirt)." Take that for what it's worth coming from a girl that could care less about football...

I will only comment that the idea was that it was for the people who were there and you could pick up one and sign your name on the board. Ive done it as has Judy, Jeff etc and people that went to the game.........

I got two!

Got a white one from my original email, but I also got sent a text message saying I was one of the 186 selected for a special "prize".

The white one has a picture of Thierry on the front with numbers on his body indicating the number of goals scored by left foot, right foot etc.

On the back it has details of the matches in which he scored each of the 186 goals.

The "prize" is a limited edition redcurrant tshirt ("I was there" "186" etc) with a numbered box (I got 54 of 186), and there is also a fancy slip of paper saying "186 I WAS THERE" that then has "Thank you for supporting me. Thank you for singing my name. Thank you for helping me break 185" and is signed by Thierry.

Actually I think they're pretty cool. :)

I tried to get one for you. Offered the guy some cash as it was 19th, deal closed on 20th and they had loads left. Must have got the most honest guy in London as he wasn't having any of it.:(

Saw Geoff last night - he didn't get one as he lost the postcard he got after the game and didn't register but he's going to go down with his match ticket and try that.
