Must be tough. I'm in Dubuque, IA and (as far as I know) the lone Celtic fan for a radius of 80 or 100 miles.
I miss Chicago and the supporters club there.

Living in Connecticut, I'm sort of at a cross between New York and Boston, both of which are full of Celtic supporters. Just lucky I guess.

I have to say bhoys im very proud of the way we are tanking the official rangers thread (Why is that official and mine had to become all-new mods???)
Talk about art imitating life eh, they started late and just cant keep up :D
Keep up the good work!

You didn't name it the All-New, All-Celtic Thread?
It's just that idiot JRedknapp posting. He can't spell (or tell time for that matter), constantly makes errors, and doesn't even bother to read the articles he posts. :D
Here's what he has to say:
"NO Celtic supporters."

Celtic have warned supporters without season tickets not to travel to Switzerland for next week's Champions League qualifier against Basle.
Daily Record (http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/page.cfm?objectid=12132153&method=full&siteid=89488)FOOTBALL: RIOT COPS ON ALERT FOR CELTIC EURO TIE
WORRIED FC Basel chiefs will draft in riot police for next week's match with Celtic in a determined bid to prevent any crowd trouble.
It was feared that a hardcore neo-Nazi hooligan element who follow the Swiss club could attempt to incite violence against the 1000 expected to travel from Glasgow.

God! When I saw the post I thought: "Oh the those f***ing pansy Swiss overreacting to the Scottish threat." Only to see its the wee Geordies being protected from the evil Basel Neo-Nazis!
Peaceful neutral Switzerland. I bet they beg your pardon before bashing your skull in. :D Puir bastards. I can just see them coming across some band of apparently mild-mannered Celtic supporters and trying to start trouble. Bwahaha!
It would make a fine Saturday Night Live sketch (as if anyone in the USA would get it). What passes for sketch comedy programming in the UK these days?
As far as the thread titles go, I was just trying to tidy up and make it easier for anyone besides the (as it seems) dozen or so people who post here regularly to find useful information regarding clubs and results. No slight intended to either side.

SoccerNet (http://www.soccernet.com/scotland/news/2002/0821/20020821cfcslfcberger.html)Celtic set for Berger swoop?
Celtic could be ready to offer Czech star Patrik Berger an escape route from his mounting frustration at Liverpool.
Martin O'Neill is believed to have earmarked at least two potential new signings and will move swiftly to bring them to Parkhead, should Celtic clear the final hurdle to a place in the Champions League proper against Basle in Switzerland next week.
