I think Sir Alex Ferguson's past is letting him hold onto his job, I don't think he is handling his players as best he can. He can't even control Rooney, that should be one of the first things on his agenda. Sure, every now and then they play brilliantly but it's always because the players get inspired by their competition. How else do you explain Man U losing to Lille and then beating Chelsea?

Man U need a great 10, someone to handle the pace of the game, they need Ballack...
