Well, we know Ronaldo is suspended. We know Park, Scholes and (long term casuality) Heinze are out. Any other suspensions feel free to mention.

They're not exactly suspensions, but they are equally capable of crippling our team:

LMAO... so true. But if things go, like they have been, for the past two weeks, we will see both of them.

I'm sure we'll see them... unfortunately...

I'd much rather see Bardsley in.

And don't go all Doug Ellis on us now!

If nothing else, this one could go like the last one and cure our insomnia.

I'm more than a wee bit nervous for this game. We are more than a bit thin on the wingers now, and as I have said before, we are *desperately* in need of an AM now. The attack seems abit lost without Scholes and his distribution.. If I may say so, I'd rather Rooney at AM and Rossi take his place at shadow striker than anything. But of course, such wild experiments at such an important game is..

They will have Alonso and Gerrard in midfield.. we'll have.... :(

Has there been any news about Scholes' return?

I'm not looking forward to this game with our current midfield. Was Alex playing with the idea of Rio there when he gave him a brief spell at DM against Burton?

Not quite sure about Evra playing -- if he were, I think he'd have played yesterday against Burton to get some play time.

So sad, yet so damn true. Still made me laugh though.

Wow, the Dark household gets pretty heated for this game....to say the least..

My only worry is that Gerrard runs rampant now that Keano is not there to make him his bitch. This concerns me greatly as it'll be his first chance ever to truly trump united...I'd put Smithy on him myself. Because he will rape Fletcher in the same way Keano used to rape him. But then smith's poor positional play will get exposed as the game goes on...if Fletcher is there he's going to get out-muscled simple as that.

Which is the lesser of two evils?

Gerrard might play on the right with Sissoko and Alonso in the middle. In that case we should probably have Giggs mark him. An important strategy for our game should be to thwart Alonso and Gerrard as much as possible because their ability to pick out teammates with their range of passing is world class, and at the moment I think Liverpool have the best passing game in the Premiership. I really hope Fergie doesn't opt to play Fletcher out wide on the right because having O'Shea in the midfield is as good as playing with ten men.
