So you and VR are a couple? That's a good match in my opinion.

Tonight, I'm making chili.
I'm using 8 dried chipotle's, boiling them in a mixture of chicken stock and garlic. I've got a pork loin browning in the pan right now. I'll add in onions, tomatillas, and black beans when the pork is near done. Then I'll chop up the peppers, add them to the mixture, and add the broth. Let it simmer for an hour or so, and bingo: delicious chili.

Bud is way too fizzy for me, Erdinger is the beer of the Gods. Scratch that; the beer of Jack Bauer.
Also, I got a pint of Guinness over there in December and it just didn't taste right... there was an unwelcome sour aftertaste, tbh.

Anyone who orders mainstream American beer deserves what they get.
For my European brothers: St. Arnolds. Yummy. It's a microbrewery based in Houston, TX. Most of their beers are seasonal, but some of the best include Christmas Ale, Brown Ale, Stout, Elissa, Summer Pils, and Bock. Ok, so that's most of them. But whatever. Many people like Lawnmower best, but I don't care for it.

What's a buttie/butty?
Sandwich.
I think butty used to refer to the butter that was put between the slices in 't old times. Of course these days it's all margarine.
