Aunt Jemima's Cinnamon French ToastHere in the south, that's a form of blasphemy . . .
Here's a recipe for French Toast, for those who don't cook, and who want to impress the wife/gf/cowboy life-mate:
Mix together egg, splash of milk, 1 tsp vanilla, pinch of sugar and cinnamon. You don't have to measure -- you cannot screw up the mixture. Make sure you mix the egg thoroughly. Dip bread into the mixture, covering both sides.
Cook on a medium hot griddle 5 minutes or until brown. Flip and brown the other side.
Serve with syrup and powdered sugar.
One egg will cover 2 pieces of toast, so double or triple the recipe as needed.
And as a variation (and I love this), you can make Stuffed French Toast: Take 2 pieces french toast, as prepared above, and spread each slice with cream cheese. Slice up half of one banana and place between the slices. The banana gets all warm and gooey; it's good!

I've been cooking that since I was 8 years old; haven't made it in a while, though.

I'll be at Bennigan's for lunch. I like the faux-Irish atmosphere. And one day I'll go there with Billy so someone can say to him, "oh you're Irish? so am I!" and he can punch 'em in the nuts/ovaries and tell 'em to go back to their ancestral homeland of Oak Park, Illinois.

What kind of meatless sausage do you eat? Do you recommend it?
I'm unsure of the kind, as I eat from my school's commons. I could ask them what brand it is for you. I definitely recommend it if you eat the kind my school has. It tastes exactly like sausage, yet doesn't force you to eat meat, which gives you that heavy, sluggish feeling all day.
There's a joke here somewhere about Zinn and meatless "sausage" but I just can't get it. Also, surprised that they are not banana pancakes.
Again, bastard.
And actually, banana is my favorite type of pancake. :D

I've bought Boca burgers before, and while they're not bad, they're not even close to tasting like hamburgers, imo.

No trouble at all. I'll do my best to keep the question in my head. *inserts thought into the vault* :D

To be fair, despite being a vegetarian, I usually don't care for soy-meat or whatever the hell its called. I'll get it occasionally at a restaurant if there's nothing else, but it just doesn't have much taste to it. If I do get it, I usually end up putting ketchup and hot sauce on it with all the other crap.
