Cup of Yogurt with Almonds in it.

Also, melt peanut butter in microwave and mix in some yogurt with some bananas on top. OR did I already say that one?
It all sounds gross, but its actually very very very good, if you like the things separate they are all much better together.

that is a good concept although i find from a experience that brownie and cookies do not mix.

No graaaaaaavy?
Crunchy Nut Cornflakes for breakfast, with cappucino. That was about 8.30am.
Spaghetti bolognese at about 12 midday, with some more cappucino (I always need a few kick-starts early in the day).
A homemade footlong roll, with diced steak, sliced ham diced mini corn, diced mushrooms (man I lovem ushrooms, they get a bad rep for no reason!), melted cheese... and a few chips (fries) squeezed in there, for good measure; that was at about 4pm.
Had some fajitas with sour cream sauce (never knew it went SO well with spicier saucer :eek: ) at about 10.
I tend to eat like a horse on days I am in college... but I never gain a single pound. Ask Motter, 50 Euro or gildarkevin... you would swear I eat a leaf of lettuce a week. Gotta hit the gym soon though, get fit again.
