Rainsin Bran. However, the milk (which was bought on Sunday and has a January 25 experation date) went bad. So I am choking it down semi-dry, semi-sour tasting. Don't want to waste.

Attention anyone in the south. Do not shop at Family Market grocery store (I think thats the name)... drive the extra 2 miles to Wal-mart. This is the second time the milk has gone bad early from there. Or maybe its my refridgerator... I dunno its still cold, just bad.

I always have a little box of soy milk in my fridge. I definitely prefer cow's milk to soy, BUT soy doesn't go bad like cow's milk, it stays fresh for a couple of months. Anyway, my soy milk is used in case of a milk emergency, like you had this morning. That way, I never have to skip my cereal over some bad milk.

Thanks for the input peeps, didn't think I'd be getting diet advice out of this thread and whilst I'm here I might as well expand a little (hopefully not the waistline ;) ).

I'm a big lad who comes from a big family and when we get together it kind of looks like a white version of the Klumps. When I was about 18 or 19 I was about 300 lbs and decided that I needed to shift the weight. I ended up doing something similar to what Sapphire was doing and eating 1000 calories a day but at the same time I was cycling 20 miles a day which according to the calorie burner thingy was burning 600 calories. I lost 120 lbs inside six months doing this, which I suppose is pretty extreme.

Since then it's just gradually been going back on and I haven't exercised for a few years and now at 27, back up to my highest weight ever (310 lbs as of Sunday) I decided it needs to be done again. The problem is that I really can't be bothered to exercise just yet so thought I'd consume even less calories for the time being. Probably a stupid plan but hey, that's my situation.

As for Lindsey Lohan, lol, I think I've got a long way to go before I look like that but I'll mull over everything you guys have said and probably settle on something not quite so severe.
How tall are you? As in how much do you have to lose?

I'm 6'0 and reckon I've got to lose around 9 or 10 stones. (22 down to 12 or 13)

That's about me right now -- 6'1, 13 stones.. (man, I hate you guys with your non-imperial measurements :D;; ) And despite that, I feel I still have much to burn off.. but I'm not feeling the want to go to the gym. Meh..

Also, losing that much weight would probably need an exercise regime. I'm sure you'll work it out :D

OK, first thing I would suggest is getting your blood pressure measured - that decides the course you can take to losing weight. Then would come 'the speech' :D I'll hit you up in PM about this if you want.

I've been at both ends of the scale in my life, lol, fitness fanatic to the opposite and everything in between so I have some advice if you want it. :)
