do you use sugar on your raisin brand?

Raisin Bran Crunch is heresy; it's unnatural. All boxes of it should be piled together and burned.

And Kelloggs Raisin Bran is far superior to Post. Unless it's not on sale. Then I buy Grape Nuts.

I can't eat off-brand cereal. I just don't trust it enough. A man has to have trust in his cereal, or his entire world will collapse in around him.

I bought the generic brand once, and the flakes were still crunchy at the end of the bowl. A little tooooo crunchy. The second half of a bowl of good RB should be a smushy mess, IMO.

You are right Sap, but mine does not do too bad. I love mushy cereal (unlike most) and those does decently in that department though not as good as those Quaker squares. MMMM those are delicious mushy.

A woman after my own heart. Of course, a major concern with raisin bran is you can't leave it alone for 5-10 minutes. If you do, then it becomes too mushy.

I've lost 30 pounds since October(was 252 now 222) - a combination of cutting out fast food+snacks and going to the gym EVERY day. I do a spinning class 4 times a week. I still have a bit to go but I am happy so far. Funnily enough I dont miss the crap food.

Breakfast consists of oatmeal and a banana
Lunch is usually salad with fat free dressing and soup. Sometimes I go to wendys and have the potato(no butter)+chili. Or a 6 inch subway sandwich with mustard(no mayo or cheese)
Dinner is whatever is served to me by the wife :p
