upon further examination and the polling of my great aunt and great uncle it seems that the portrayal of Amerindians indigenous to the Caribbean was the initial idea, but that later on it was bastardized and infact just copies the western stuff that people saw in the movies. :DYa, I think that's true in New Orleans as well. There was lots of cultural mixing between native americans and african americans in SE Louisiana for as long as there was slavery in the south (and the Mardi Gras Indian tradition started in the early 19th century, iirc). I remember reading about native american groups who helped alot of fugitive slaves in the NO area, either by bringing them into their communities and passing them as native americans, or helping them to move north.
It reminds me too of that movie Smoke Signals, where the native american kid is obsessed with watching Dances with Wolves to learn about his culture. :D
Thank your great uncle and aunt for me; it's really interesting stuff.
Oh and I just ate some pasta. :)

Don't worry its not. You melt the pb in the microwave then mix the rest. You can slice up a banana and put that in it too. Blueberry isn't the best, strawberry and such go best.
Don't really taste the cottage cheese that much, its mostly just protein. If someone hasn't tried it, you will be suprised how well peanut butter goes with alot of things, especially fruit/fruitflavored things.Just tried this, with melted PB, light rasberry yogurt and cottage cheese. It's really good. :D Tastes like a PBJ sandwich without the bread.

I ended up eating mexican before a game which was a bad call but it wasnt that bad.
I also had over 20 peeps. I think im going to make a run at my record this weekend. Ive always wanted to eat 100 in a hour but ive only ate 70. I know i can beat it.
Can someone please enlighten me as to what a peep is? (Always though it meant people but I doubt pryme is a cannibal :D )

Thanks peeps. :D Although wikipedia says I'm "silly" for using it the way I do.
Note: "Peeps" is also fairly recent (mid-1990s onward) slang for "friends" (derived from the word "people"), as in "what's up, my peeps?" Unlike the otherwise similar "bros", the usage of "peeps" is rarely, if ever, singular, but has broadened slightly to encompass more general senses of "people" or "persons", as in "there sure are a whole bunch of peeps in this joint", but this usage is generally considered silly (even more so than the original).

Bingo. There basicay over prossed marshmellow covered in sugar that make for quite the sugary treat. They expand in your stomach so its hard to eat a lot but one day I will hit that 100 mark.

Diet pepsi.
I've already had all my calories for the day. :( I hate dieting. But I bought some new pants today that wouldn't have fit a few weeks ago, so that's fun. But still . . . *stomach growling*

That yogurt thing is good for fruit too. Cut up bananas if in Strawberry yogurt. Or cut up apple and use it is a dip in other flavors.
