pretty much what Achtung said. Keep in mind that its relatively light and fluffy, I know... I should be able to do better than that. Its also served strictly with curry and is usually shredded hence its known as "buss up shut" by locals.

For dinner I had Paratha with curried potatoes and channa as well and some geera lamb.
