Did you know that if your body's accustomed to foods like soy and legumes it doesn't do that to you? Just FYI.

that's true, atleas the legumes bit... I couldn't understand the whole, beans making you fart joke that is common in the US because we eat tons of pigeon peas and other kinds of peas/beans (all legumes) in Trinidad.

Did you know that if your body's accustomed to foods like soy and legumes it doesn't do that to you? Just FYI.
I did know that, as my diet, since I met my wife, has included lots of beans. However, it makes me uncomfortable how the soy milk carton always looks like it's about to burst. Hence my love for rice milk.

Yeah that stuff is pretty good. It goes well on bagels and such.
