Brian McBride voted Player of the Month for December

McBride receives his magnum of Lanson Champagne
Brian McBride has been voted Fulham's Lanson Player of the Month for December by thousands of Fulham fans. The American striker topped the poll with a landslide majority, picking up nearly 10 times as many votes as second placed Heidar Helguson.

He's certainly loved. Every time he picks up a knock or does anything the Cottage erupts with his cheers.

I cringed when he went out of the last game holding his shoulder. My thoughts were "if anything is wrong, please be a broken colar bone and not a seperated shoulder! Bones heal, seperations last a lifetime." Luckily it wasn't anything and minutes later McHead playes a nice ball out to the left on the counter, there's a shot, rebound and then a goal. That's why the fans love him, especially in England.
