It's already mid-January and we should probably start getting things rolling soon. I was talking to someone at the CFO and said that I wanted to have a supporters only meeting first, then a CFO/Supporters meeting, probably sometime in February. This thread is here to set up a meeting date for people from V-Army 1941, Legion 04, or anyone interested in supporters activities. I think that OSU is just finishing finals, or has them shortly. We just had ours at Upper Arlington. I'm good on Tuesday's, Wednesday's, or Thrusday's in the evening, for an hour or so. I'm also thinking sometime around late January to early February for this meeting, so in two-three weeks.

You guys?

If you do it on a Saturday, you might get some out-of-towners to show up... I don't know if hang would be up for it, but we could perhaps carpool in for it as well as if there are other folks in Indy who'd be interested.

KK, glad to see you back.

Do you know what happened to ussocceruk.com? It just disappeared all the sudden.

Getting the CFO to offer season tickets in addition to the 2006 home jersey as a discounted package would be a great starting point. Especially if you could advertise it publicly.

I don't know if this could work, but it would also be nice to throw in a deal for the folks that buy partial season ticket packages. So if you buy a half-season, then maybe for an additional $15 or whatever, you get the jersey thrown in. It still gives a good deal to folks who aren't buying the full season package.

Thanks, it's nice to be back

I've been wondering the same thing, quite honestly. I haven't spoken with Chris since June or July of last year. I've kind of been on hiatus with family things for quite a while, so I lost touch with Chris and just haven't gotten around to getting a hold of him and finding out the story. If I find something out and Chris is cool with it, I'll share the info.

Why do you think you were invited? Part-timer. ;)

A Saturday, or even Sunday afternoon would be good. If we do it on a weekday evening, those of us that can come might feel pressured to rush through things so we aren't there all night. If we meet on a weekend afternoon, we'd have more time.

I just wanted to see my name on the page.

I have season tickets in the club seats, anyway.

Let's set the date for this if at all possible. I could make a Saturday afternoon or Sunday.

If we're going for the weekend thing, I can make it on...

February 11 and 12 (Sat/Sun)
February 18 and 19 (Sat/Sun)

If we do something in the mid/late-afternoon (3-6...not that it would be three hours or anything) it can split our day. We can all do our own stuff in the morning, go to the meeting, and we still have the evening and night free to do whatever. Just a thought.

After this meeting, we should set up a meeting with the CFO. This could take place in late-late February or in early March sometime. At the supporters-only meeting, we can get a firm foundation put in place, work out kinks or whatever, so we come to the CFO with a coordinated and unified voice.

If it were truly a train, wouldn't it be Tristan+Johnny+Larry+Joe+Tim+Eric+Josh, and so on?

Furthermore, I believe the sound is actually Woof, Woof. Tis the season for dogging.

I could do either the 11th or the 18th provided that I could get a ride. Where would this be taking place?
