I'm so friggin busy at work right now I'm up working again. But at least I've got GrooveSalad on the mix, playing the down-tempo bass/groove that I do so love! :)

Yeah, my timing is terrible this year. Usually Oct-Dec is crazy for me and then Jan-Mar are OK. Hence, I didn't go on the Nov. ArseAm trip...I'd be swamped and I'd just go this winter/spring.
Dang-gummit.

When we moved from Miami we lost all our stuff, including tons of music. So we recently have been replacing some of the great electronica music we lost. Listening to a little Paul Oakenfold right now and also bought some Digweed, Sasha, Dave Seaman, and Deep Dish.

Cam, I can't help asking....how on earth did you lose ALL YOUR STUFF?
btw- GrooveSalad is playing someone called Gel-Sol. They have the most out-there playlists...

if you don't mind, but what do you do for work?
i'm the bitch at an insurance brokerage, doing whatever the producers tell me to do, which includes mail, filing, processing endorsements, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, E&O checks, etc.

Yeah I suppose...but you can go and work anywhere for anyone (well, eventually, right?). If I quit/get fired/whatever I don't know where the hell I'd work? My skills seem to get narrower and more specific the more I work here.
And when you go home, you get to leave work there...I haven't done that in a loooooong time!

yeah, once i put my time in at my current job it shouldn't be too hard to switch. I need my friend to get me a job at his Dad's company downtown. then i'd be set. My friend will be running it some day.

We didn't actually lose it, our moving van was stolen out of Miami. It really sucked. When we showed up in Corpus, all we had was what was in my car and my wife's suitcase. We have amassed a ton of crap since then though!:D

Dude, that is unbelievable. I have never heard of that! Miami is one ********ed up place. Did you and your wife just look at each other and shrug when you heard that or was it devastating???

The wife was crushed and I wasn't too happy, but there wasn't much I could do about it. Oh well.
I'm off to hit the hay as well. Later.

Whoever said Ikea stuff is easy to put together is full of shit. I busted two screwdriver bits using a power screwdriver to put a damn coffee table together.
