Never fear about that I love to sing when I have had to much to drink! Only don't expect Cam to participate or JP.....they are WAY to cool! :rolleyes: :p ;)
whatever, they will be joining in.
i'm trying to figure out where to have this piss up.
since people are staying in the Loop, or north loop, I'm thinking somewhere in Lincoln Park. The Red Lion is an English pub, we could start there and move to some other places. There are tons of bars near it.

Steph, I'm all over the karaoke with you, don't worry about that!
OK, so I'm back from the sushi lunch. I had the "New York Yankee" roll (tuna, and avocado with a hot sauce), which was ********ing awesome! No drinking as we ended up actually going to lunch at noon after all. The nerve of some people! For my "entree" I had "Wok Smacked Chicken" (lo mein noodles, julienne chicken breast, matchstick vegetables, spinach, noodles and roasted sweet onion - sesame - soy sauce). Very tasty.
As for this weekend, it's shaping up like this:
Tonight - Happy hour @ Catherine Rooney's Irish Pub, then seeing the singer-songwriter friend of a friend play a coffee shop in Jersey.
Tomorrow Day - Arsenal match, then meeting with the Executive board at 10 AM. Then cheesesteaks at Jim's on South St.
Tomorrow Night - moe.'s playing at the Electric Factory in Philly. 80% chance I'm going, although I keep telling myself that it's $25-30 I can spend on beer in Chicago and London
Sunday Day - My sister's birthday party
Sunday Night - USMNT v Canada & Family Guy

Ouch that is just cruel. Have you ever tried to get that in DC? Simply impossible to get a decent one.
Note to self: Find some time for a trip to Philly ASAP.

Gotta say that since this is my "trip" for the year-barring any amazing deals for trips to London-that I am really excited about this trip. Should be a blast! :D

That is what I thought to except try to find that in Atlanta.....that and a severe lack of Kandy Kakes........ :D

if you want to scope out bars and restaurants and stuff to do in Chicago do to www.metromix.com
you can type in the names of places, or search by neighborhoods. If you are going to do that look at places in Lincoln Park, Lakeview, or Wrigleyville.

Yeah, I was talking to Eddie about catching a Flyers game too. It won't be for a few weeks at least though. Busy time at school, going to San Diego in early Feb, and then off to Texas start of March. Yikes. Mid to late Feb is the most likely time. Thus the League Cup final would be perfect. When our boys comeback on Tuesday, we're in business.
