We've done this before, but it's time for an update. It you want to plug your own, you can do that as well. (In fact I would list a couple of yours here as faves, but you can do a better job of explaning what you're about than I can.)

For me:

Music (For Robots) (http://music.for-robots.com/) -- eight contributors, all of whom are looking for the Next Big Thing. Loves DFA79. A few posts a day on average.

Fluxblog (http://www.fluxblog.org/) -- NYC-centric, great commentary. Will post anything from Einstürzende Neubauten to Britney. Posts about once a day.

Said The Gramophone (http://www.saidthegramophone.com/) -- three contributors, heavy on int'l pop. Frequent updates.

You Ain't No Picasso (http://youaintnopicasso.blogspot.com/) -- indie rock from Kentucky. Lots of interesting guest bloggers from time to time.

Largehearted Boy (http://blog.largeheartedboy.com/) -- The place to go for live bittorrent / flac / mp3 links. I use this more than I use the search feature at Dime A Dozen, since the blog usually has good ideas of what to get.

I'll post more later.

(mentioned above)

This has been one of my favorites. Nice n' snarky, just like I likes my internets. But very good music files, mostly indie pop faves but frequently posts referenced material as well, i.e. if somebody's covering a song they'll post the original, etc.

New stuff sometimes several times a day.
Hilarious comments section as well.

This one posts much less frequently, but is a bit more thoughtful. Almost always really quality stuff, from jazz to blues to pop to indie to whatever.

I'm going to start this thread with a little selfless self promotion. I have two unhealthy obsessions in life: soccer and music. In addition to being a regular visitor and sometimes contributor to bigsoccer I run an mp3 blog, http://www.irockcleveland.com/ . I started my blog since I was convinced that I could do an mp3 blog better than anyone else.

I'm curious if other members of Bigsoccer also go to mp3 blogs and what they're favorite music blogs are.

My other daily reads are:

Rock Insider (http://www.rockinsider.com/)
Clever Titles Are So Last Summer (http://clevertitlesaresolastsummer.blogspot.com/)
One Louder (http://www.oneloudernyc.com/)
Yeti Don't Dance (http://noyetidance.blogspot.com)

and the blog aggregator elbows (http://elbo.ws)

I love mp3 blogs but I am having a problem with them currently. I recently downloaded the latest version of iTunes(which comes with Quicktime). Now when I try to download a song from a blog into my iTunes it opens in QT. I've gone in and made sure iTunes is the default player and made sure QT is not playing any audio files and it is still happening. Any suggestions?
