Seems Pablo tore a quad muscle. Zavagnin will arrive tomorrow to take his place.

Crap.:(

Well, the WC is a lot more than 8 weeks away, so...
I really like that MLS has the early part of its season before the WC.

This sucks. We'll have to get used to more Brian Carroll. I really wish Clark was healthy.

We may have to ask the question: "who sucks less?"

When did Jesus get hurt? He's had a long history of having his wrists and ankles pretty banged up.

He could also stand to hit the weight room once in a while

Plus - not to hijack this thread - Jesus isn't even a dmid anyway. He's a keeper. Of course, he's death on crosses; it's like he's nailed to the spot. And goddammit if he doesn't have holes in his hands sometimes, but when it comes right down to it, I want him in the net because Jesus saves!

HORRIBLE news, especially since our depth at D-mid is not great.

At least, this happened now & not right before June.

Hope Zavagnin regains the form he showed in 2004 for the USMNT!!!

Actually, Jesus, beign a carpenter at that time, was likely quite muscular. More Jim Caviezel than Willem Dafoe.

... when it comes right down to it, I want him in the net because Jesus saves! But Esposito scores on the rebound.

How old was that line?
