since this is a football forum, it wouldn't do not to pay tribute to the ladies who brighten up the set at canal+.

note: although not exactly the cutting edge of football analysis, these women are not just potiches, berlusconi bimbos like alessandra bianchi just there to show their knickers; they are trained and experienced journalists... whether they would have these jobs if they were only experienced journalists is an open question, but they're at the same time better looking and more intelligent than some women chosen based on their looks (sarah palin for example) so here you are, in pecking order:

who used to be on nathalie's team at l'équipe de dimanche, has now taken her planned spot alongside hervé mathoux on the new show canal football club, which with L1 highlights and chat is probably going to prove a bigger ratings draw than foreign leagues only EDD. she has a smile that always makes me think she's going to lisp, but it's just an optical illusion.

does the canal plus sport programme onze d'europe, orchestrating a team of (male) specialists, one for each of the four major european leagues. since this is a bonus channel it's not as high exposure as the two other shows, which are on proper C+, and unscrambled to boot. it's a much looser format too; no studio audience, and sometimes she or other members of the crew aren't even there. but we're glad when she is.
