an away win in the tournament is a good win and most of the time won't be one of beauty.

That's true, but there is a difference between playing a solid defensive game where you control the flow to getting really lucky that Bayern kept missing the net.

I am not saying they don't have things to work on. Heck, I think every team has something to work on up till that championship game winning moment in any tournament or league action.
Plus, Bayern have definitely helped many opposing teams this year.
That said, you get what you can away from home and you dominate at home.

Lets not forget Bordeaux dominated Bayern in France , and missed two penalties .
It's about time French teams got some luck in Europe .

van bommel butchering anyone within range
Well no one likes Van Bommel at Bayern either, so it's not a surprise. Also Luca Toni will probably be leaving in January so there is less players for you guys to hate from our team. :D
Am praying you guys can at least get a draw tomorrow, heard about a few injuries your team had as well.

You got more than you asked for :D
Bordeaux was excellent tonight totally dominated , Juve never looked capable of scoring . This was all done without Gourcuff . Gouffran had a good game
I'm going to sound like a broken record but here Trémoulinas once again was just amazing ! If I could have my way he would be our first choice LB for our NT .
He deserves a call-up now !!!
Gouffran looked good too .

Didnt see the match and just saw the score and I'm kinda shocked especially considering Bordeaux had little to play for. I'll definately be watching it later on.

Just watched the match. Bordeaux played really well this time. Very surprising. But I guess that's what the home environment will do for you. I could hear the supporters loud and clear singing all game long. I wish I could have been there...
Anyone know when Bordeaux got the red third kit? Is it new this year? I think it looks great. Might have to buy a jersey to complement my tan 3rd jersey from 2006-2007.

Bordeaux just signed him permanently on a 4 year deal from AC Milan. I doubt he's going anywhere for at least a couple years. When he does move, I'd like to see him go to La Liga. I think he'd do well there.
