They are trying to get the Toulouse keeper (Carasso). Not sure why TFC would let him go to their main rival. They are better off going after Pele ( Le Mans).

I read the Mikel Silvestre rumors again. Remember last year Blanc wanted to sign him but ownership didnt want to pay his salary so they opted for the cheaper Diego Placente who failed. I think this time they are willing to spend more money and could sign him.

fcgb did accomplish what seemed mission impossible, keeping gourcuff (for now). but the rest so far is disappointing to say the least: plasil will be poor solace for chamakh, diawara and fernando.

after years of being allowed to build a team in relative peace, they now have to live with the limelight of being champions, and the tour de force that OL accomplished, keeping on top while losing major elements year after year, looks all the more impressive.

They summitted a 6m bid and Rangers said it wasnt enough but I dont think they increased their offer.
