Gotta like Bordeaux's chances with the schedule they have down the stretch.... Really soft stuff.

this is a close race between bordeaux and mairselle

bordeaux almost fell but gourcuff saved the day----plus the other team had nine players

yeah! Bordeaux won in a good match all that is needed is for lyon to beat mairselle:)

I read that Triaud has doubts about being able to sign Gourcuff. It seems the negotiations are very complicated. Kinda gives another team a chance to jump in I guess. Chamakh still wants to leave so they really cant afford to lose both those guys I think.

Especially Gourcuff--he has become vital

Lyon won against mairselle----Bordeaux are first with two games to go:)

I read that Triaud has doubts about being able to sign Gourcuff [...] Chamakh still wants to leave so they really cant afford to lose both those guys I think.well, they'll have to learn to live with it. they've been lucky these years to be able to build a strong team piece by piece, in peace, but part of following OL's example like they say they want to do is losing your best players year after year and still win.

don't forget gourcuff's just on loan. i doubt they can afford him for real, especially after the look everyone got of him this year. club and country!

chamakh i'd love to see come to lyon, but that's not going to happen even if JMA gave a teasing blurb on the matter. he's england-bound or i eat my hat.

tough to replace but not impossible. my guess is they'll start next year far more intact than OM.

It is was pretty cut and dry with Gourcuff? 15 mill and he's yours? Isn't that what the loan stipulated?

Gourcuff really should stay another year .

He's really had a beautiful season , and is the reason why Bordeaux are where they currently is .

Stay another season , repeat what you did , perform for the NT then join a elite club after 2010 .

It may hurt OL's title chances next year, but I'm happy to hear he's staying in France.

Bordeaux win 1-0 away to Cannes to relegate the home side but most importantly, win the French title.

Congrats Bordeaux!

was readyfor a little schadenfreude, (see how you like having to replace key players every season) with gourcuff and chamakh leaving, but in a way it's good for french football in general to see them staying

OM replacing gerets with didi is pretty good too: if only they manage to hold on to niang, cana, etc...

PSG is a disappointment, but at least the reason isn't the lure of greener pastures. maybe we're witnessing a kind of renaissance of L1.
