Pretty good video. Love the quote from Donovan on Hejduk: "He's abnormal...he's a damn machine."

The 600 series had rubber skin. We spotted them easy, but these are new. They look human - sweat, bad breath, everything. Very hard to spot.

Id like to see a guy like Chris Wondolowski (Houston dev player, 4:14 high school mile runner) run the beep test to get an idea.

and Hejduk's response;

"...six cups of expresso..." :D

They do have one flaw, however. There seems to be a glitch in their dribbling programming, causing sloppy rec league stepovers. It is this way that we began to spot them.

You can see him running next to Dempsey about halfway through the video as they make a turn. Not sure how well he did.

That's the glitch in the program "Step-Over 2.0" he needs the latest "Adu 9.0" :cool:

He would have made it further, but guest trainee Christian Gomez kept stepping in front of him.

I have heard Hedjuk credit his stamina to surfing. Seems reasonable.

My wife calls Frankie a "The Fragle" as in fragle rock the kids show. I kinda understand where she is coming from. He kinda reminds me of a fragle for some reason. :p

You need a stream capturing program, such as this one; http://stream-down.cocsoft.com/

That program however only has a free 15 day trial period, so you may want to keep looking.

Props to U.S. Soccer for making it available. Nice to be brought inside camp a little bit.
