I know. When I worked at the steel company near Pittsburgh, we got trays of meat and cheese. The scent alone drove me nuts.

candy galore at my office. I've been good this holiday season. my goal this year is to weigh 175 by the end of the year.
it can be done
175 and I would be dead! I have been doing much better though and losing weight lately. Fast-walking about 3 miles 3-4 times a week in the morning, eating smaller portions, and smaller dinners. It is just this damn drinking!
