Okay, I watched a lot of Univision while I was home this Christmas. Watched some Mexican soccer (which I liked a lot – action packed and high skill level) and a little bit of Sábado Gigante, but most of all I enjoyed the lovely ladies of Gata Salvaje. Especially Rosaura, who I take to be the star of the show – damn she is fine!

Only problem was, I couldn’t understand what the hell was going on. Can anyone explain to me why that one chick is pretending to be blind? And how come the dude with the glowery eyes was trying to get Rosaura into the sack with the old rose-petal trick? Also, what is the maid scheming at and why does she always wear the crazy hats?

I hope someone can help me – I’m already suffering from Gata Salvaje withdrawal over here in Austria.

AHHHHH yes, she is freagin hot. Her real name is Marlene Favela. She is from Mexico.

I dont watch novelas (soap operas).
This is actually a Venezuelan soap opera. Venevision wanted to get in with Televisa, so Televisa signed a deal with Venevision. The Venezuelan network (Venevision) will have more exposure in the US via Univision INC due to Televisa's influence. People were actually surprised that she took the job considering that Mexican actors/actresses dont usually go off to other countries since soap actors are paid better in Mexico. With all the shyt going on in Venezuela , you may see more venezuelan honeys heading out to Mexico to act.

God I love this show too! I happen to be a big fan of the blonde girl - you know the one that they show when they go to commercial break, in the pool. What's her name and where is she from anyway? Actually, I don't even know if she's still on the show - I know she was having some kind of affair with Luis Mario's sister's husband...

Last night that show featured 3 from Gata Salvaje-- Camelia, Luisana, and Silvia ( I think those are their names), and they all looked hotter than they look in the novela.
