Nothing new about the business of sports. I just hope that Uncle Phil's LA Kings team is above water, or should I say, above ice?

May seem odd, but I like the fact that MLS is even in these kinds of articles.

Articles like this make me appreciate MLS' perseverence even more. They also help put MLS' economics in perspective. If only 4 (out of 30!) NHL teams turned a profit next year, and the Penguins owners really will lose $20 million a year forever, then MLS doesn't look so bad in comparison.
