France 2000 doesnt deserve to be there. That's just my opinion though.

agree that the France team of 2000 wasn't something special, but it is just for the best unbeaten teams.

France 2000 unbeaten? what are you smoking?

In the qualifiers:

France 2 Russia 3 (in Paris)

In Euro 2000 Group stage:

Holland 3 France 2

Unless you mean "unbeaten in the single elimination (knock-out) stage"....

The second match was Holland A against France reserve, and France was leading at half-time, so the result is in fact quite disgraceful to Holland.

And I really don't understand the guys saying "they were unimpressive". You're not judging on the team they were at the moment, but on France's performance as of late. It has been the only team with Beckenbauer's Germany (72 and 74) to be World Champions and European Champions at the same time.
Right after the Euro 2000, people generally considered France as the best team in the world (Brazil was in trouble at the time).

in 2000 France were very impressive, but I don't think they were impressive compered to Brazil 2002,Brazil 70',Hungary 52',etc...
and in 98',they weren't impressive at all.

so,as for now,it's Brazil 70' leading with 22 votes,while Milan 89' and Hungary 52' take the 2nd place,with 11 votes.

But that's just the truth. (Bernard Lama was the keeper, and he played like 2 or 3 matches in 5 years when he was the substitute of Barthez)

When will we see the "vote for dhor_khayat's worst polls" poll?

I can't care less whether France fielded a school girls team. When it's a full international and you lost the game, how can someone claim that France was ***UNBEATEN***?
