Can anyone help me with finding a song?

It is a classical song
It is a 'summer' tune
It really does remind me of a desert island sort of song
It sounds a bit like a James bond song as used on Robbie williams 'Millenium'
It was once used on an ice cream commercial

If this (admittedly terrible) description means anything to anyone, please let me know! I really want this song!

When you said "classical," I assumed you meant as in classical music. Or do you really mean the song is considered a classic?

I ask because of the reference to James Bond and Robbie Williams.

yeah it is classical music. You know millenium by Robie Williams based on one of the bond songs? it sounds a little like that

I don't have anymore info unfortunatly! i know it's not much to go on :o

It is a slow song, and it just sounds summerry

"bittersweet symphony" by the verve?

Master Shake

nah, but cheers for trying. It is classical, as in beethoven

Anyway, i don't think you could class bittersweet symphony as summery eh ;)

hmm maybe you could actually. But it's not the song.

I love this song but i can't think how it goes at the moment, every time i try to hum it i get that james bond/ millenium hook

As long as we're guessing blindly, I'm going to toss out "A Summer Place" by Percy Faith.

Glad I'm not the only one standing in awe of Ganu's divination powers. The "classical...and drawn out violin notes" had me thinking Tchaikovsky. Guess I should watch more ice cream commercials.

Any one of 3,000,000 songs to chose from. Ok, I admit it - it was an easy guess :p

:D

I have a special gift. ;)

To be honest, it was a stab in the dark but it seemed logical from his vague clues. That's actually one of my favourite tracks. It seems to be used by everyone as backing tracks now.

Having a huge collection of lounge and chillout tracks does help.
